Errol Manley Muhammad, (affectionately known as Brother Errol) founder of Photo Posse StudioCafe, founder of the National Association of Black Photographers is an innovative entrepreneur, seasoned photographer, husband, father, grandfather, trusted adviser, avid networker, and community activist. Brother Errol was a popular Photography instructor at the Walter D. Palmer Leadership Preparatory Academy. Using clear communication and creativity he introduced 100s of students to the field and knowledge of photography, familiarized the students with film and digital camera types, supervised students and informed them on how to utilize the camera with “hands on experience”. Brother Errol also instructed children in how to use various techniques of the camera. He established functional networks in the community to enable the students an opportunity to visit Philly Cam, participate in Photo Week, and travel to NYC to the Photo Plus
International Conference and Expo. These are just a few of the hats Errol humbly wears.
Cecil Goodwin, Senior Field Manager
Cecil Goodwin is a skilled artist and avid photographer with over 20 years of experience in professional photography, with an emphasis in special events to weddings and head shots. To him, photographs make us laugh and cry and remember; are a kind of a storytelling that captures the moments of our lives and puts together a storybook full of timeless meaning and stories of moments and happenings in the lives of his clients. Cecil also believes photographs tell of whom we are and what we will be. He approaches each event and each session with attention, honesty, and love. Cecil puts his heart and soul into his work, which according to many clients shows in his photographs. He has managed to combine photo journalistic techniques, creativity, and his love of photography in such a manner that enables him to seize the finest moments and document significant moments. That ability will make your wedding or special event last forever. Cecil is the Senior Field Photographer.

Started a small collective of photographers in Philadelphia that quickly grew into Photo Posse Studios.
Les started photographing in 1996. He specializes in weddings and special event photography such as and jazz concerts and performances. Les also has a good eye when it comes to capturing the essence of his portrait subjects.
Salih began studying photography in 2010. He considers portraits and headshots (actors/ models) to be his specialty. Salih's background includes having worked with his father for over a decade providing limousine services for weddings and special events. So in addition to understanding the value of good and prompt customer service, he has experience in acting and filming. This unique combination of experiences allows Salih to place himself in the clients' shoes while striving to capture compelling images that will tell a story. He also enjoys photographing live performances, weddings and special events.
DDoreen Shaw, started out in Photography as a hobby. During her childhood years she began taking photos of her classmates with a 24mm Kodak camera. Because of her avid interest and unique talent her grandfather bought Ms. Shaw her first “professional” camera. Doreen Shaw has an Associate degree and is currently enrolled at the University of Phoenix for a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. She is also the dedicated mother of four very handsome sons. Doreen specializes in family portraits, glamour shots, head shots and alter ego photos.
Richard Otu Sabree, MAT, is the co-founder of Ujima Press Real Communication; the CEO of Hippos Books and Things; an author; logistics coordinator of the Annual International Locks Conference: Natural Hair, Wholistic Health and Beauty Expo; and a professor at Community College of Philadelphia and Lincoln University.
In addition to being a father, grandfather, great grandfather, and active adviser, Mr. Sabree, widely known as Baba Otu is also a passionate photographer and seasoned poet. His written works can be found in Hair Pieces: The Anthology, which he also co-edited and published.
Bro. Ulysses is our Baltimore, Maryland representative. He is known for his creative eye when it comes to weddings and special events. Brother Ulysses, a twenty-year photography veteran is a frequently requested member of the Photoposse.
